As a Solution Architect, you will design Telenet's future application landscape. Given the growth ambitions our business, we need innovative and sustainable solutions that are in line with our vision and strategy. Your mission is to translate the strategic objectives into end-to-end solutions that support the target architecture and transformation roadmap.
Working in the Architecture team

Your tasks as a Solution Architect
As Solution Architect, you will help build Telenet's future application and information systems, in line with our vision and strategy. You will join the Business to Business, Financial and Corporate Solution Architecture team with a focus on guiding business initiatives from funnel to delivery, with the main focus on initiatives for small, medium and large companies (SME & LE). In addition, you will be responsible for:
1. creating the complete architectural solution design for a project, together with the internal and external stakeholders. You analyze the needs, translate them into solutions and formulate a transformation plan from as-is, to MVP and eventually to a target solution
2. contributing to our long-term vision on application modernization and rationalization, taking into account the impact on our own organization and market evolutions
3. enforcing our guardrails within the organization, in order to guarantee an application landscape that can evolve, grow and be maintained
4. helping stakeholders understand complexity and costs, challenging business requirements, providing alternatives and helping to optimize our business and customer values

Our ideal Solution Architect...
12. Has extensive technical knowledge, with a focus on application systems, SDLC methodologies and the telecom operating model
13. Has experience working with Salesforce Communications cloud and knowledge on Salesforce data cloud and mulesoft.
14. Can translate business needs to end-to-end solution designs in a complex and large application landscape
15. Gets energy from our 'agile' working method and can work autonomously
16. Is and remains eager to learn in a constantly changing and challenging environment
17. Has a bachelor or master degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience
18. Is communicatively strong and builds bridges across our various departments and can explain complex issues easily
19. Speaks fluent English.
