As an Office Assistant & Receptionist you will be responsible for:
* Welcoming colleagues, clients & visitors
* Manage calls and emails
* Travel management
* Order of office supplies
* Management of meeting rooms
* Main point of contact for facility and office related questions
* General administrative support to the team
* You have a good level in Dutch/French and English
* You have a first experience in any administrative position
* You have a good knowledge of MS Office
* You are proactive and autonomous
