IT Recruitment Officer
to strengthen our internal recruitment team.
Your Key Responsibilities
* You will lead and manage the recruitment process for IT consultants, from sourcing to onboarding.
* You will proactively source and attract qualified candidates using databases, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
* You will screen incoming CVs, review and assess incoming applications, conduct initial screening calls, and organize video or face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
* You will match candidate skills and experience with the technical and soft skill requirements of open positions.
* You will collaborate closely with account managers to understand and stay informed on hiring need, project requirements, project timelines and client expectations.
* You will ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for selected candidates, handling all necessary steps and follow-ups.
You have the following skills
Your Profile
* You have at least 6 months / 1 year of experience in recruitment, (ideally within the IT or technology sector.)
* You have a ''can-do'' attitude and the determination to open even the toughest doors.
* You have a solid understanding of IT business models linked to outsourcing environments.
* You have fluency in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
* You have a naturally driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset – you're a true hunter.
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build lasting relationships.
* You have a strong affinity for technology and a keen interest in the IT landscape.
* You have the ability to stay focused and perform under pressure, even when working with tight deadlines.
* You have the resilience and ambition to thrive in a competitive environment and see every challenge as an opportunity.
Fourchette de salaire :
entre 40 K€ et 45 K€
About You :
* You have at least 6 months / 1 year of experience in recruitment, (ideally within the IT or technology sector.)
* If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG, NL/ENG it's a plus
