Are you passionate about making a difference in the healthcare sector? We are looking for an enthusiastic Healthcare Engagement Lead to expand our presence in Belgian hospitals, residential care centres, and healthcare institutions.
Build and maintain relationships within the healthcare sector
1. Act as the Single Point of Contact within the healthcare sector, building strong relationships with decision-makers such as facility managers, purchasing teams, and IT management.
2. Serve as the SPOC for access control issues, providing expert guidance to professional end customers.
3. Identify opportunities with existing and new clients, translating their needs into tailored technical solutions, including our Digital Access Solutions.
4. Be a strategic advisor, contributing innovative ideas on security, efficiency, and digitization to enhance healthcare services.
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement customer-focused solutions.
6. Represent ASSA ABLOY at key healthcare trade fairs, networking events, and industry meetings across Belgium.
Enthusiastic professional, self-starter, trusted advisor
7. You have at least 5 years of experience in a commercial and/or advisory role, preferably with technical or digital solutions. An affinity with access control, building management, facility management or security is a strong asset.
8. You are a natural networker and know how to successfully navigate complex decision-making processes.
9. You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French and you are able to communicate fluently with stakeholders at all levels.
10. You work independently, meticulously and in a results-oriented manner, with a clear long-term vision.
