We are looking for a Junior Application Support Agent to join our team in Brussels.


Description of tasks:

* Receive and log requests and incidents from Member States (Level 1); categorize, prioritize and provide technical support.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the application, including software bugs, system errors, and user issues.
* Investigate bugs that are reported by multiple users and determine appropriate actions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Team, Development Teams (Level 3), System Administrators and other stakeholder to resolve infrastructure or software-related issues and implement corrective actions.
* Keep Level 1 informed on request status and progress by ensuring timely updates and clear communication throughout the ticket lifecycle.
* Document inquiries, issues, and resolutions in our ticketing system, ensuring accurate and thorough records.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal documentation and support materials (Knowledge Base articles, FAQs, etc.)


Knowledge and skills:

* Higher education or equivalent professional experience.
* English proficiency at C1 level (mandatory).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international team.
* Proactive, stress-resistant, and capable of knowledge sharing.


Miscellaneous:

* ITIL Foundation Certified.
* French language is an asset.


Other requirements:

* Resident or available to relocate to Belgium.
* EU Citizenship.
