We are looking for a React Specialist who isn't afraid to dive into the rest of the stack. While your primary focus (70-80%) will be building high-performance user interfaces for our security products, you will also assist with backend integration (Python) and infrastructure confi guration (GCP/Docker) to ensure end-to-end feature delivery.
Key Responsibilities
● Frontend Architecture: Lead the development of complex SPAs (Single Page Applications) using React and TypeScript. Build intuitive dashboards to visualize complex security data and ratings.
● UX: Experience in UX design (e.g., user flows, wireframes, prototypes) and familiarity with tools such as Figma or similar is highly valued.
● Backend Collaboration: Collaborate on and occasionally contribute to Python microservices (FastAPI/Flask) to ensure seamless data fl ow to the frontend.
● Infrastructure Support: Manage the containerization (Docker) of frontend applications and assist in configuring CI/CD pipelines for automated frontend deployments on GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
● Data Visualization: Implement interactive charts and graphs (using libraries like Recharts, eCharts, D3.js, or Nivo) to represent security metrics clearly to clients.
● Quality & Security: Ensure application performance, accessibility, and strict adherence to OWASP security standards in the UI.
● End-to-End Ownership: Take ownership of features from the visual component down to the deployment configuration in Kubernetes.
Technical Requirements (Must-Haves)
● Core Frontend: Expert proficiency in React (Hooks, Context API) and TypeScript.
● Experience with Data Visualization libraries (eCharts, D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts).
● State Management: Experience with modern state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query).
● Backend Fluency: Working knowledge of Python (Flask). You should be comfortable reading backend code, writing simple endpoints, or debugging API issues.
● Infrastructure Basics: Familiarity with Docker (creating Dockerfiles for UI apps) and CI/CD concepts (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
● Cloud Awareness: Basic understanding of cloud environments (preferably GCP or AWS) and how frontend apps are hosted (Cloud Run, S3/Cloud Storage, CDNs).
● English: Upper-intermediate to high level for technical collaboration.
Desirable Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
● Knowledge of Kubernetes (deploying frontend pods, managing ingress).
● Experience with Next.js for specific rendering needs.
● Background in cybersecurity or developing dashboards for data-heavy SaaS products.
Soft Skills
● Versatility: A "can-do" attitude toward infrastructure or backend tasks when the team needs support.
● Visual Eye: Attention to UI/UX detail—you care about how the product looks and feels.
● Problem Solver: Ability to debug a problem across the full stack (e.g., tracing a frontend error back to a missing environment variable in the container).
Why this role is unique
This is not just a "pixel-pushing" role. You will have the autonomy to define how our Front-end infrastructure is built and deployed, bridging the gap between design and our Python/GCP backend teams.
