Within this context of structuring and expansion, PMSweet is creating the position of Finance Director. This is a strategic and cross-functional role, reporting directly to Executive Management. As Finance Director, you will be responsible for fully structuring the finance function within PMSweet. You will ensure financial performance, data reliability, risk anticipation, and overall economic steering of the organization. You will actively contribute to strategic decision-making and to the implementation of a robust, agile, and fit-for-purpose financial framework. Structuring and leading the Finance department: Building the team, defining roles, implementing tools, processes, and KPIs. Financial reporting and performance management: Designing and implementing monthly reporting, financial analyses, and relevant, automated dashboards for management. Budget management: Cash management and forecasting: Overseeing treasury management, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring short- and medium-term financial forecasting. Supporting the Management in the financial evaluation of investment, expansion, and profitability improvement projects. Serving as the primary contact for banks, auditors, tax authorities, financial partners, and other stakeholders. Compliance and risk management: Ensuring regulatory compliance and sound financial governance. Financial culture: Developing a shared and accessible financial performance culture across the organization. The Finance Director will report to the CEO. He/She will manage a team of two people. Higher education in finance, management, economics, or equivalent (Master’s degree, MBA, etc.) Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within an industrial environment or a high-growth company of similar scale Experience in structuring or building a finance department, ERP project management, and process implementation Strong command of core finance fundamentals: reporting, budgeting, management control, treasury management Strong leadership skills, experience managing a finance team Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is an asset Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and BI tools (e.G., Inspiring people leader, able to embark teams and to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and accountability
