Maintenance ManagerYour missionResponsible for the operational supervision and strategic development of the Lettershop machine park across two production sites (Anderlecht and Fleurus), including maintenance, repair, machine adjustment, and spare parts supply, to ensure the availability, performance, and safety of technical equipment while aligning with the organization’s strategic objectives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs Maintenance Manager you’re responsible for the:- Strategic Maintenance Management: Maintain constant preventive monitoring of equipment and tools, oversee and validate maintenance plans, and intervene as an expert when necessary to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.- Supplier Relations Management: Handle supplier selection, including drafting specifications, participating in negotiations, implementation (testing), and contract management. Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure machine park performance and availability while respecting budget, safety, and quality standards.- Change Management: Identify and successfully implement change initiatives (skills development, team structure optimization, process and workflow improvement) to enable the team to achieve expected performance levels.
