We are currently looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst Consultant to support one of our clients in the Affluent & Private Banking sector.
Mission Context
The role focuses on supporting transversal risk and compliance projects, including the development of training programs for foreign client fiscal specificities, remote selling simplification initiatives, and audit-driven action plans.
The consultant will coordinate stakeholders, structure governance, and ensure successful delivery of project objectives, acting either as Business Analyst or Project Manager depending on the needs of each initiative.
Function Description
• Support and coordinate transversal projects within risk and compliance domains
• Develop and structure training programs for foreign client fiscal specificities
• Assist in remote selling simplification and audit action plans
• Act as Business Analyst or Project Manager depending on project requirements
• Establish governance, meetings, and stakeholder coordination
• Consolidate information to deliver a coherent and actionable training package
• Facilitate co-creation and consensus-driven action plans with all stakeholders
• Ensure follow-up and alignment of actions across teams
Language Requirements
• Dutch: Native or Fluent
• French: Native or Fluent
• English: Good working knowledge
Education
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience working in large organizations with multiple stakeholders
Technical Skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
