My client is a Start-up HR Tech based in Brussels provinding Talent Management software to companies from 50 to 5000 employees in several countries.
Following their growth, they are recruiting an Account Executive to develop further Belgium.
Your Mission
As Account Executive, you’ll own the entire sales cycle : from prospecting to closing across Belgium
Main Responsibilities:
* Build, qualify, and manage a continuous pipeline of HR prospects.
* Develop trust-based commercial relationships with clients and partners
* Collaborate with Marketing and Delivery colleague to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
* Stay alert to emerging sales trends and translate best practices into actionable strategies.
Your Profile
* You have 3 to 5 years of proven success in B2B sales within tech, SaaS, or HR solutions.
* You are fluent in Dutch, English and French
* As you are working remotely, you are highly autonomous and proactive.
* To make the best out every step of the sales process, you are data-driven and used to work with digital sales tools like HubSpot, Google Suite, Slack, Notion, etc.).
* You have a deep interest in HR and are eager to learn more about it
