We're looking for someone who embodies excellence in finance transformation. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Relevant Experience: 5-8 years of experience in finance transformation consulting, preferably in the financial services industry.
* Educational Background: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
* Language Proficiency: Native level in Dutch or French and very good knowledge of the other language, complemented with profound English skills.
* Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and management reporting, with knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
* Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing more junior profiles and developing talent.
* Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders at all levels.
