Als maintenance technician zorg je ervoor dat de beschikbaarheid gegarandeerd is van alle installaties in het EDC Temse. Jij bent ook het eerste aanspreekpunt voor problemen met de kritieke installaties op de site. Samen met het maintenance team sta je in voor het oplossen van allerlei storingen aan de verschillende installaties en een continu verbeterings- en vernieuwingsproces aan de assets in het EDC. Je rapporteert aan de Maintenance Planner/Teamleader.

Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden
* Je wordt ingeschakeld om storingen aan onze logistieke installaties (bv. hoogbouwkranen, palletliften, sorteerinstallaties, transportsystemen) snel te herstellen om stilstand tijden en werkonderbrekingen te minimaliseren.
* Je behandelt oproepen vanuit de meldkamer, rapporteert deze en escaleert indien nodig.
* Samen met je collega's analyseer je onderbrekingen en werk je plannen uit om storingen in de toekomst te vermijden.
* Samen met je collega's sta je in voor het preventief onderhoud op de logistieke installaties.
* Je werkt mee aan verbeteringsprojecten om de beschikbaarheid, veiligheid en efficiëntie van de totale installatie te verhogen door gebreken te analyseren, voorstellen te formuleren en aanpassingen uit te (laten) voeren.
* Je wordt op termijn verantwoordelijk voor een aantal installaties; je verdiept je in de werking; je zorgt voor een optimaal beheer van de wisselstukken; je stelt onderhoudsplannen op; je gaat op zoek naar verbeteringen.
* Je opgedane kennis zul je procedurematig aan je collega's overbrengen zodanig dat ook zij dit kunnen gebruiken bij het oplossen van storingen en het preventieve onderhoud.
Jouw Profiel
* Je bent technisch geschoold (A2 of A1) en/of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
* Je hebt een goede technische kennis (elektriciteit, mechanica, hydraulica, pneumatiek) en je bent vertrouwd met sturingstechnieken (bv PLC Siemens S7).
* Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
* Je werkt graag in team, maar je kunt ook zelfstandig werken
* Je communiceert vlot met interne diensten en leveranciers.
* Je leert graag bij en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
* Je bent bereid in een wisselend uurrooster te werken;
* Je bent bereid om op termijn mee te draaien met onze wachtdienst
