We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dutch & English speaking Administrator to support the vendor verification process for the next 9 months.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Managing vendor administration in SAP
* Conducting vendor verification through regular phone calls with suppliers
* Performing general administrative tasks using Outlook, Word, Excel, SAP, and other internal systems
* Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
* Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative activities.
Jouw profiel
* Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
* Strong administrative and organizational skills
* Comfortable working with SAP, Microsoft Office tools and Outlook
* Accurate, proactive, and able to work independently
* Good communication skills and confident in making phone calls.
