Project Management Office Support
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Office (PMO) professional to support our project teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a PMO role, with expertise in project management methodologies such as ITIL and Prince 2.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to project managers, including scope and budget tracking.
* Schedule and coordinate project-related meetings and activities.
* Analyze project data and produce reports on project progress.
* Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO role.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other project management tools.
