What will you do?
As a Technical Operator, you will be responsible for operating and adjusting various production machines. You will work in a 2-shift system, and your tasks will include:
- Operating our Mikron machine as a technical operator and monitoring the correct functioning of the installation throughout the entire production process.
- Taking on tasks related to spoke production, ensuring correct and stable supply and processing of materials.
- Performing quality checks, which form a crucial part of the job, and intervening when deviations are detected.
- Working hands-on, being willing to get your hands dirty, and performing various mechanical tasks on the equipment.
- Showing flexibility by assisting colleagues when needed, helping to ensure the continuity of production.
ProfielWhat do we expect from you?
- A strong mechanical background, with the ability to independently analyze and follow up on mechanical issues within a production environment.
- Education in automotive mechanics or another field within the mechanical-technical domain, combined with solid technical insight.
- A preference for hands-on work, willingness to get your hands dirty, and comfort with physical and practical machine-related tasks.
- Flexibility and willingness to support colleagues when needed to keep production running smoothly.
- English is essential for this role; knowledge of Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work in a shift system and comfort with alternating working hours according to the schedule.

- Starting wage of €16.50 per hour

- 15% shift allowance on top of your hourly wage
