RED is currently looking for an SAP Service Delivery Manager to join one of our global clients on an initial 6–12 month contract with possible extension.
Job Title: SAP Service Delivery Manager
Location: Mechelen, Belgium (2–3 days onsite / hybrid)
Duration: 6–12 months + extension
Languages: English (Dutch and/or French is a plus)
Responsibilities:
Manage SAP support operations including incidents, changes, and problem management
Oversee ticket handling and coordinate with AMS partners
Ensure SLA compliance and high-quality service delivery
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance
Drive improvements across ITSM and AMS processes
Support BAU (Business As Usual) operations and service desk activities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in Service Delivery / IT Operations
Strong experience managing tickets, incidents, and AMS providers
Experience with ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
Proven vendor management and contract negotiation experience
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
SAP experience is a plus but not mandatory
