Company Overview:

In Spain, we operate under a dealer-based business model, collaborating with local partners to build a strong retail and aftersales network.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow our vehicle sales performance in the Spanish market. This role will be responsible for dealer relationship management, sales target achievement, network development support, and market insight analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the automotive sector and a solid understanding of dealer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Achieve national vehicle sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with authorized dealers across Spain.
* Monitor dealer performance and provide strategic guidance to improve sell-in/sell-out efficiency.
* Support the implementation of sales programs, pricing strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
* Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and brand activities.
* Regularly analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.
* Conduct regular visits to dealers to support retail activities and ensure brand standards are met.
* Work closely with headquarters and regional teams to align local execution with global strategy.
* Provide training and support to dealer sales teams when necessary.
* Assist in expanding and optimizing the dealer network in strategic locations.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive sales, preferably in a dealer-facing role.
* Deep understanding of the Spanish automotive market and dealer business model.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build long-term business relationships.
* Goal-driven and highly organized, with the ability to work independently.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
* Willingness to travel within Spain.
