Secure a follow-up to ensure your team respects the work ethic in compliance with internal regulations and legislation. Provide regular feedback to our planning department and business analyst to secure the right need of team members and ensure high-quality customer contacts within your department. You'll succeed if you: Are passionate about sales and customer satisfaction. Have strong leadership and people management skills; working with people gives you energy. Have very good organizational skills and can prioritize and organize your work and the work of others. Prefers digital and remote selling techniques, both reactive and proactive. Is a business-minded team player who drives business growth and contributes to overall success. Has experience working with customers and identifying opportunities for improvement. Can enable change in ways of working within the team when needed. Has excellent communication skills and can communicate effectively in English.
