Your Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors
* Develop strong relationships with members by organizing local events, networking opportunities, and hosting gatherings
* Manage community programs, handle mail and reception services, and resolve member issues in collaboration with support teams
Shared Responsibilities
* Onboard new members and ensure seamless communication across the coworking space
* Review contracts and manage invoicing, including creating invoices and credit notes, and verifying billing requests
* Coordinate meeting rooms and event space bookings, ensuring a smooth setup for clients
* Contribute to continuous improvement of our services and identify new desired services
