The role will assist the entire EPA Office, with a particular focus on supporting the ESG Group and the EU Policy Group. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of their operations from an administrative perspective.As the EPA Office continues to grow, they are implementing new organizational processes to support collaboration with upper management and coordination with HQ and the European Office. The successful candidate will help manage both existing and evolving processes, supporting a dynamic and expanding team.Depending on experience and background the successful candidate may also be involved in public affairs activities such as research work, the writing of newsletters, etc.Key ResponsibilitiesYour tasks will include, but are not lmited to:Coordinating internal and external meetingsManaging travel arrangements and expense reportsPreparing and distributing internal newslettersFiling and organizing internal documentationWelcoming guests and supporting onboarding of new team membersTaking meeting minutes and ensuring timely follow-upScheduling agendas and maintaining calendarsSupporting internal communication with European officesMaintain a well-functioning organised EPA Office;Keep in touch with European offices for internal administrative purposes.What we need for this roleTo be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:Excellent orgnisational skills;Strong communication abilities;Proactive and enterprising;Have at least 2 years experience in administrative role (essential);Have advanced knowledge of English (essential);Have knowledge of Korean (essential);Have knowledge of French or Dutch (desirable).Interested?
