What you'll do As a Testing Team Lead, you'll be a line manager for a team of (automation) testers: you ensure their wellbeing, their personal development, and foster good internal collaboration between the team members and other teams. You'll also be responsible for Leading the testing process, including planning, design, execution and reporting Mentorship and coaching of the team in functional, non-functional, performance, load and security testing Estimation and planning of work for your team Growth conversations, career guidance and contributing to salary reviews Your challenges: Define test (automation) collaboration within delivery organization Ensure involvement of QA in the design phase of projects Leading test strategy towards a focus on automation and test management tooling Creating transparency towards internal stakeholders (product management, IT operations and release management) on quality assurance coverage and goals Job requirements What makes you a great fit We're looking for a people manager who wants to define & lead Isabel's test strategy towards a focus on automation.
