About the Role
New headcount in Hong Kong. Account‑facing role working directly with brands/final customers, coordinating with internal teams, including production teams out of Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Timely response to customer requests with support from our sustainability, production, development, technical and finance teams.
Prepare quotes/costings in Excel; coordinate samples and timelines
Confirm/recap PO terms/specs and maintain accurate data
Monitor order status and documents; flag risks early
Requirements
Languages: Mandarin and English required; Cantonese a plus
Strong commercial mindset; organized, proactive communicator; Excel proficient
Travel: Occasional China visits
2–5+ years in fabric merchandising (fashion/garment background preferred)
More experience with accounts = Manager grade; less experience = Assistant Merchandiser
