* Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
* Accountable for Change Impact Analysis, training & communication plan, as well as establishing a feedback mechanism
* Work and coordinate with stakeholders in the organization to succeed

* Work collaboratively with project lead and team to integrate change management into project plans, support project steering committees
