Job Purpose
Commercial Planning is part of the Logistics & Supply Chain Planning department and is responsible for the Master Production Plan of Bridgestone EU Commercial plants (products for Truck & Bus, Agricultural, and Off‑Road vehicles) on an Operational and Tactical horizon (up to 18 months).
The team is looking for a new intern to support different activities.
Responsibilities
1. Collect data and issue key reports shared with top management and stakeholders
2. Support teams in key projects (e.g., reporting transfer to Power BI)
3. Support teams in planning the import of products from other Bridgestone entities (Japan, Americas, Thailand, etc.) into Europe
4. Document key processes within the Operational & Tactical Planning team
5. Support OPP & Tactical leaders in data analysis and monthly PowerPoint presentations for plants and top management
Interaction Scope:
As a Commercial Planning Intern, the role interacts mainly with OPP & Tactical teams within Commercial Planning, as well as plants, COE, Tactical Planning, Distribution Planning, and Demand Planning teams.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Education
6. Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering
Experience
7. Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
8. Experience with OMP or MS Access is a plus
Technical Skills
9. Competency in data analysis tools (Excel, Microsoft Business Intelligence, other relevant BI tools)
Languages
10. Fluent in English
11. Any other European language is a plus
