As a Atlassian Engineer (located in our Berchem or Arnhem office), you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers on Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo, ...) and the add-ons of the ecosystem. We are looking for a dedicated professional who embodies the following qualities:
Key Responsibilities
1. First contact with customers ; analyze and understand their needs, advise them and provide them with the best solutions to meet their expectations.
2. Responsible for the handling, complete processing, and follow-up support requests (requests and/or incidents).
3. Update internal support documentation and contribute to the development of user help documentation.
4. Provide on-site /remote configurations and implementation on the Atlassian Stack.
5. Contribution to the continuous improvement of iDalko’s activity.
Key Qualifications
6. Experience: You have the business maturity with 4 to 8 years of experience in similar roles
7. Certification : Atlassian/ITIL Certificate
8. Transparent Communication: We value honesty and transparency in all our interactions.
9. Tech Savviness: Full Understanding of Atlassian Products.
10. Independence: Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
11. Empathy: Empathy towards clients' needs and concerns.
12. Consultation Approach: Proven customer success skills.
13. Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch
Compensation and Perks
14. Compensation : 60 to 80K Euros per year.
15. Location : Choice to work remotely, or in any of our awesome offices in Belgium, Netherland, or France with games to relax, (very good) coffee, and some excellent equipment. But keep in mind, no matter which one you choose, you’ll be part of such a nice company.
