For our client, based in Liège, we are looking for a Production Manager to take ownership of their GMP manufacturing operations.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee production activities, ensure GMP compliance, and drive operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage production planning and schedulingOversee manufacturing operations in a controlled environmentReview and approve batch documentation (MBR/BR)Manage the full batch lifecycle from preparation to closureEnsure compliance with EU GMP, cGMP, and internal proceduresSupervise cleanroom operations and contamination controlCoordinate equipment qualification and maintenanceMaintain a constant state of inspection readinessLead deviation investigations and change control activitiesContribute to risk assessments and continuous improvementMaintain and update SOPs and training complianceLead and develop the production teamDrive a culture of quality, accountability, and performanceSupport project implementation and operational readinessEnsure material availability and production readinessParticipate in audits and inspections
Your Profile
10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturingStrong experience in GMP-regulated environmentsHands-on experience with batch documentationSolid understanding of cleanroom operations and contamination controlExperience with equipment qualification and maintenanceProven team leadership skillsKnowledge of deviation, change control, and CAPA processesFamiliar with risk management methodologiesAutonomous, structured, and adaptableFluent in French and English
