As a Dutch-Speaking IT Sales Representative, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy and cloud innovation. Working in a sophisticated hybrid model, you will drive high-impact sales cycles, cultivate executive-level relationships, and position industry-leading cloud technologies to a diverse portfolio of clients.


The Role: Key Responsibilities



In this role, you are more than a representative; you are a strategic consultant. You will be responsible for:


Business Development & Market Penetration

* Strategic Prospecting: Act as the primary point of contact for new business, creating a powerful first impression and building a robust pipeline of high-growth accounts.
* Revenue Generation: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) sector to exceed revenue targets.
* Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding organizations through the complexities of cloud adoption and digital migration.

Account Optimization & Collaboration

* Strategic Cross-Selling: Partner with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring clients receive the full value of our technology ecosystem.
* Client Advocacy: Capture critical market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and service enhancements.
* Portfolio Management: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene to track the sales lifecycle and ensure predictable, data-driven results.



Requirements


We seek results-oriented individuals with a passion for technology. You will be an ideal match if you possess:

Language Proficiency

* Dutch: Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2 level) to effectively manage the Netherlands/Flanders market.
* English: Full professional proficiency for internal collaboration, reporting, and training.

Professional Experience

* Sales Excellence: 1–2 years of experience in IT Sales, Account Management, or Business Development with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and advanced CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365).

Preferred Credentials (A Plus)

* Experience selling Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, or Dynamics 365.
* Official Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (AZ-900, MS-900, or PL-900).
