Job Description
As an Head of Investment, you will be part of a portfolio management team.
You will report directly to the CEO and autonomously manage files across various areas of expertise.
1. You will master one or more asset classes and quickly identify the key drivers of new or unfamiliar asset classes.
2. You will analyze the portfolio, its composition, asset performance, and implement rationalizations or diversifications when appropriate.
3. You will incorporate regulatory, accounting, and tax considerations into investment decision‑making.
4. You will prepare comprehensive documentation for investment committees and boards of directors.
5. You will negotiate fee structures with financial institutions and seek to optimize them.
6. You will support the CFO and CEO in representing the organization to internal and external stakeholders (clients, decision‑making bodies, regulators, working groups, in all matters related to financial asset management.
7. You will promote cooperation and teamwork in managing cross‑functional projects.
8. You will build and maintain trusting and collaborative relationships with internal teams.
9. You will also support the CFO with ad hoc topics related to accounting, budgeting, or the business model of the various managed entities.
10. You will manage a small team of experts.
