Director of Organizational Effectiveness
The Director of Organizational Effectiveness is responsible for driving organizational success through strategic planning, leadership development, and talent management.
This role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders and the HR Relations team to define and roll out organizational strategies that align with business objectives and workforce strategies.
* Strategic Planning and Development:
Developing and implementing strategic plans, overseeing the workforce planning process, and continually assessing the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives.
The successful candidate will also lead organizational design initiatives, provide guidance on organizational development best practices, and develop coaching and mentoring programs for senior leaders.
* Talent Management:
Leading the implementation of succession planning initiatives to identify and develop future leaders within the organization, as well as creating strategies to address talent gaps.
* Leadership Development:
Design and implement leadership development programs to build management and leadership capabilities, mentor and coach senior leaders to enhance their effectiveness in managing teams and driving results.
