La figura ricercata
High commercial talent able to lead growth and translate customer needs into practical solutions
* Build and develop strong relationships with existing and new accounts in Italy, ensuring profitable long-term partnerships with wholesalers and distributors.
* Achieve turnover and margin objectives, and manage sales forecast and budget.
* Oversee sales and distribution strategy, product portfolio, pricing, and strategic partnerships aligned with international strategy.
* Lead and coach the commercial team of agents and sales representatives.
* Provide product training and technical support to deliver excellent customer service.
* Represent BMS at exhibitions and sector events.
* Deliver commercial and technical presentations confidently.
* Collaborate closely with the head office in Belgium on marketing, innovation, R&D, and logistics.
* Be an influential member of the leadership team (MT) and report directly to the International Sales Manager.
Profilo
Intercultural networker, commercially driven with a deep understanding of the agricultural sector
Job requirements
* Bachelor or Master of Sciences in Bioengineering, Agronomy, Biology, Biochemistry, or related fields.
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar role (Sales Manager, KAM, Commercial Director) within crop-related environments (fertilizers, crop protection, seeds).
* General knowledge of plants and plant nutrition.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Fluent in Italian; professional proficiency in French and/or English.
