We're looking for a Semi-Senior to Senior Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join us on a flexible, part-time basis. If you're based in France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, or Belgium, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
This is a hands-on position where you'll draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with a pragmatic, business-driven approach. You'll work closely with business teams and legal leadership, managing everything from strategically negotiated bespoke agreements to high-volume standard contracts and public tenders. Think practical problem-solving meets legal excellence.
Key Responsibilities

* Support stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
* Strengthen contract processes and risk management practices
Candidate Profile
You have a strong background in civil and commercial law, with proven experience in commercial contracting within civil law jurisdictions. Exposure to French and/or Belgian law is highly desirable. If you've worked on construction and/or services contracts or have public tender experience, that's a significant plus.
Language-wise: native-level French is a must, professional English fluency is essential, and any additional languages are a bonus.
