You will oversee several missions within ALTEN Belgium.RecruitmentIn collaboration with Business Managers, you will define needs and write job offers to be posted on the appropriate platformsIdentify candidates through job boards, social networks, and various sourcing channels to attract top talentConduct initial phone screenings and pre-qualificationsManage the full recruitment cycle: from interview scheduling with Business Managers to contract signingActively participate in weekly operational meetingsCommunication & Employer BrandingSupport and develop relationships with universities and schoolsAttend job fairs and recruitment eventsOrganize recruitment-related eventsProfile & RequirementsStrong interest in recruitment and the Life Sciences sectorExcellent communication and organizational skillsLanguages: Dutch (mandatory), English (fluent), French is a plusLocation : This position is based primarily in Antwerp, with regular presence required in Brussels, ensuring close collaboration with both teams.
