Project Core Team Member – Telecom Operations & Maintenance Consultancy assignment – long-term project

As a Project Core Team Member, you will be the central point of coordination between multiple operational teams and stakeholders within a large-scale telecom Operations & Maintenance project. You ensure smooth collaboration, optimized processes, effective tooling, and strong reporting. Your impact directly contributes to operational performance, service quality, and overall project profitability.
Your Responsibilities In this role, you take on a broad and strategic set of tasks within a high-impact operational program:
Coordinate, monitor, and optimize project activities.
Track operational KPIs and report to internal and external stakeholders.
Safeguard project profitability and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Develop, align, and improve processes across different teams and divisions.
Define requirements for tool modifications and manage implementation, testing, and communication.
Translate user needs into functional improvements for operational tools.
Ensure ISO9001 standards are met and guide the annual certification process.
Manage the Service Improvement Plan.
Analyze recurring issues and implement structural solutions (Problem Management).
Visualize and present trend analyses to the client.
Your Skills and Expertise You combine strong process knowledge with deep telecom understanding:
Solid experience with process management and BPMN methodology.
Knowledge of ISO9001 quality management systems.
Understanding of project and program management best practices.
Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Insight into AI applications within operational processes.
Experience with mobile networks (2G–5G), including both telco and non‑telco components, is required.
Knowledge of site construction, site maintenance, and telecom technologies.
Experience with Nokia hardware or NetAct is an asset.
