Political Intelligence Brussels is seeking an proactive and organised HR & Office Coordinator to support both our people operations and the smooth running of our office. You will work closely with our HR Business Partner and Office Manager, playing a key role in ensuring an excellent employee experience and an efficient, well-functioning workplace.Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys variety in your day-to-day work? The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.

HR SupportSupport all stages of the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and setting up interviewsCoordinate employee onboarding and offboardingContribute to HR projects (employee surveys, digitalisation of HR processes, HR metrics dashboards, AI-driven improvements)Support performance and evaluation cycles, including follow-up on career development and trainingMaintain and update HR databases, employee records, and HR policiesAssist in the development and implementation of the annual training plan

Office Management SupportAssist the Office Manager with administrative and operational tasks when needed (such as coordinating office supplies and relationships with service providers)Liaise with IT service providers for office devices and phone subscriptions to ensure service quality and operational efficiency

At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR, administrative, or office coordination roleStrong organisational skills with attention to detailA proactive, hands-on mindset and ability to manage multiple tasksInterest in HR processes and employee experienceGood communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working with digital tools and openness to learning (including AI applications in HR)
