Work in a dynamic team as an IT Systems Engineer
About The Role
As an IT Systems Engineer, you'll contribute to the operation and enhancement of configurations in a wide-reaching technological environment, supporting approximately 4500 users worldwide. Your expertise will ensure the optimal performance and continuous improvement of our systems alongside a committed team of professionals.
Key responsibilities
Administer System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Create and manage installation packages and system images.
Oversee PC and server updates using SCCM.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts.
Update and develop operational procedures.
Monitor technological developments and implement continuous improvement solutions.
Manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Produce monitoring reports and handle Level 2 incidents and change requests.
What we're looking for
We are seeking a skilled SCCM expert or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience, ideally in an internationally distributed organization.
Strong mastery of SCCM and similar systems.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 2021/365 and Windows 10 & 11.
Solid understanding of PC hardware and peripherals.
Proficient in Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Fluent in French with strong professional communication skills in English.
Additional assets: familiarity with Intune, ITIL, Windows Server, Group Policies, the Atlassian suite, and basic networking knowledge (routers and switches).
