The role
This is a hybrid position combining supply chain coordination, office management, and financial/administrative oversight. You act as the operational backbone of the business — connecting production, logistics, finance, and customer operations. Expect variety, autonomy, and real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Supply Chain
* Coordinate production orders and supplier follow‑up
* Monitor stock levels and logistics flows
* Track deliveries, shipments, and planning
* Support quality and operational performance tracking
ERP & Process Management
* Own and optimize the ERP system (e.g., Exact)
* Improve workflows, reporting, and internal processes
* Act as internal point of contact for system users
Finance & Administration
* Manage invoicing (sales & purchase) and payment follow‑up
* Support budgeting and financial reporting
* Monitor cash flow and cost structures
* Liaise with external accountants and auditors
Office & Business Support
* Main contact for clients and suppliers
* Handle administrative operations and documentation
* Support sales (quotes, orders, follow‑up)
* Manage office logistics, suppliers, and internal tools
Events & Coordination
* Support organization of events, fairs, and marketing activities
* Coordinate logistics with internal and external stakeholders
Your profile
* 4–6+ years experience in a similar hybrid role (operations, admin, supply, back‑office)
* Strong ERP experience (Exact or similar is a must)
* Comfortable handling finance, logistics, and admin in one role
* Highly organized, structured, and proactive
* Hands‑on mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Languages (non‑negotiable)
* Dutch: fluent (ideally native)
* French: fluent
* English: fluent
