As a successfull Brand Manager Pharma - Marketing to HCP - Rx & OTC products, you will have the following responsibilities:
Strategy definition:
* Develop brand strategies to launch a new RX brand
* Develop brand strategies to enhance market presence and OTC product performance
* Analyse market trends, competitions and consumer insights to optimise marketing campaigns & identify new opportunities
* Define, Manage and monitor marketing budgets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Tactical implementation:
* Translate strategical dimensions into tactical tools and actions plans
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mainly with Supply chain & Sales) to ensure alignment with brand objectives
* Prepare & launch actions plans in line with internal & external regulations (industry standards and company policies)
* Follow-up, monitor & analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives taking into account the 4 P's
* Respect and follow up of procedures/regulations concerning the sale and promotional support of medicines
Reporting:
* Prepare detailed reports on brand performance and recommend improvements.
* Be responsible for monthly reporting (control of actions and budgets, analysis of results achieved versus objectives, with comments and plans for improvements/actions)
As a successfull Brand Manager Pharma - Marketing to HCP - Rx & OTC products, you will have the following profile:
* Minimum a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
* +5 years of experiences in marketing as Brand / Product Manager
* Proven expertise in marketing targeting Healthcare Practitioners with under prescription products
* Proven expertise in marketing for OTC brands/products
* Strong analytic skills and the ability to interpret market data effectively
* Experience in managing budgets and marketing campaigns
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Hands-on, proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on achieving results.
* Well organised and structured with the ability to work autonomously
* Fluency in Dutch, French & English is mandatory
