About the project
As a Dynamics CE Senior Developer, you will review, audit, and improve customer journeys in Dynamics 365 (D365), ensuring seamless operations from initial website form entry to final lead disposition. You will collaborate with leadership, assess system configurations, and implement solutions that enhance performance, efficiency, and user experience.
How you’ll contribute
* Review and audit customer journeys from website form entry in D365 to lead disposition
* Work with the CEO to align system configurations with call log data
* Implement, test, and confirm changes function as expected
* Coordinate deployment of changes into production
Ideal candidate
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Experience auditing and improving customer journeys and call workflows
* Ability to manage end-to-end changes, from requirements gathering to production deployment
* Advanced English level required to work with US clients; strong English communication is essential
