Project Manager – Passenger Aviation
As Project Manager – Passenger Aviation, you ensure the full coordination of projects that shape the passenger experience, from arrival at the airport to boarding. You manage a varied portfolio of projects in a dynamic, operational environment. Your approach combines organisational skills, stakeholder management, and a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
What you will accomplish
* You analyse needs with internal clients and translate them into a clear, shared approach plan.
* You lead the design phase, conduct analyses, and monitor design studies and projects.
* You manage the tender process and select suitable external partners.
* You organise and drive the execution of works, ensuring scope, quality, and deadlines are met, and coordinate all stakeholders.
* You manage budget, establish estimates, and closely monitor costs, progress, and any deviations.
* You ensure seamless integration of projects into the airport operational environment, with minimal impact on passenger flows.
* You communicate progress clearly, considering risks, compliance, and impact.
* You ensure compliance with safety rules, quality standards and legal requirements.
* You report efficiently to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
* You organise site meetings and document decisions and actions.
* You contribute to building solid and constructive collaborations within the organisation.
