As Business Controller, you'll join the finance team and act as a key sparring partner for leadership. You will review and challenge financial performance, support strategic decisions and translate data into clear, actionable insights. You'll work closely with another controller and collaborate with leadership across multiple companies within the group. This is a highly visible role where your input will directly influence investment decisions, cost optimisation and risk management.
Your impact will include:Acting as a finance business partner to management and operational teamsReviewing financial reporting and turning data into meaningful insightsBuilding and improving dashboards and management reportingSupporting investment decisions, cost-saving initiatives and financial risk analysisAnswering ad-hoc business questions with strong analytical thinkingDriving process improvements and helping modernise finance systemsReviewing CVs screened by HR and supporting hiring feedback (second-round interview stage)
