About the Role
As International Sales Manager, you’ll drive commercial growth across key markets (UK, Germany, US, France, Benelux) and work closely with the founder and CEO on sales strategy. You'll mainly represent the Belgian production site, while collaborating with the German plant when their expertise adds value.
What You’ll Do
Build and grow international client relationships
Identify new business opportunities
Represent the company at trade fairs and events
Advise on pricing, margins, and strategy
Coordinate client needs with production capacity
Report on KPIs, market trends and forecasts
What You Bring
Fluent in English & good knowledge of German (Dutch/French = plus)
At least 3–4 years of international B2B sales experience
Affinity with nutrition, health or food innovation
Strong communicator, commercial mindset
Willing to travel regularly across Europe
