I. About Our Client

Our client holds a leading position in the global energy storage and power battery sector. In the European market, it has established partnerships with numerous energy groups and power grid companies, and has successfully implemented many large-scale energy storage projects. The company boasts outstanding technical strength, with technologies such as Kirin Battery and liquid-cooled energy storage systems leading the industry.


Language skill: Chinese is must


II. Work Location and Salary Package

1. **Work Location**: Long-term business trips and stationing in Europe (including Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.) for business development; required to stay at the Fujian headquarters for a total of 2-3 months each year, mainly for aligning strategies and coordinating resources with the headquarters team.


2. **Salary Package**: The comprehensive annual salary is expected to be around 2 million RMB (negotiable based on experience and capabilities). The company will provide overseas station allowances (covering accommodation, travel expenses, etc.).



III. Core Job Responsibilities

1. **Customer Relationship Management and Project Implementation**: Maintain clients in the European power industry (such as energy groups and power grid enterprises), tap into their energy storage needs, collaborate with the company's R&D and supply chain teams to implement energy storage solutions, and follow up continuously to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate long-term cooperation.


2. **Market Analysis and Strategy Formulation**: Research policies, competitive landscape, and technological trends in the European energy storage market, formulate localized sales strategies, and clarify customer development directions.


3. **Performance and Risk Management**: Be responsible for indicators such as regional market share, sales volume, and payment collection; build a sales funnel to promote the conversion of leads into orders; meanwhile, manage business risks through methods like advance payments and phased payment collection.


4. **Internal Collaboration**: Feed back European market demands (e.g., local safety standards) to the R&D and after-sales teams at the headquarters, promote product iteration, and ensure project delivery.



IV. Job Requirements

1. **Education and Major**: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in marketing, power electronics, new energy, and other related fields are preferred.


2. **Work Experience**: At least 5 years of experience in the overseas new energy industry (including energy storage, photovoltaics, or power sectors); experience in European market projects is preferred.


3. **Abilities and Traits**: Proficient in both Chinese and English for business communication; proficiency in Italian, Spanish, French, or German is an advantage. Capable of analyzing market data and coordinating internal teams to advance projects; able to adapt to long-term overseas business trips, work under pressure, and be result-oriented.
