In this position, you’ll work closely with team leads and managers, acting as a trusted advisor. You’ll support onboarding, performance management, well-being, and offboarding processes. Additionally, you’ll actively contribute to retention projects and HR initiatives that foster a strong company culture. You’ll be based in the Vilvoorde office and willing to travel to other European offices twice a month. Your Profile Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with at least 5 years of experience in an international context ? Then you might be the colleague we’re looking for! You are autonomous, proactive, and take ownership. You speak fluent English; other languages are a plus. You’re open to regular travel and thrive in a dynamic, international environment.
