General information Reference 2026-1400 Job title Digital Procurement Consulting Manager Function Advisory - Manager Roles & Responsibilities KPMG Belgium is looking for a Digital Procurement Consulting Manager to lead and support digital transformation projects powered by source‑to‑pay platforms such as Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, and others. You will be part of a consulting team that supports clients across industries in modernising their procurement functions through technology and strategic advisory. Key activities include: Project leadership Lead functional workstreams from design to implementation, focusing on source‑to‑pay, source‑to‑contract, and/or procure‑to‑pay processes Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications Facilitate workshops to share best practices and demonstrate solutions Define and oversee User Acceptance Testing strategies Support clients in defining IT strategies and rolling out target operating models Coach and guide teams, act as a trusted advisor, bridging technical and non‑technical discussions with clients Implementation & advisory Contribute to end‑to‑end procurement transformation projects Analyse spend data, policies, and process flows Configure and implement procurement platforms (including SQL‑based configurations) Support data migration and testing activities Create system documentation and support change management initiatives. Qualifications Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Informatics, Industrial Science, Information Management, Software Engineering, or equivalent At least 3 years of relevant experience in consulting or digital transformation Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with procurement software (Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, etc.) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch and/or French Ability to confidently navigate AI topics and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, make ethically sound decisions and adapt to evolving technologies. Knowledge of source-to-contract, procure-to-pay, and supplier relationship management processes is a plus.
