Job Description We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium- to large-scale digitalisation projects for public sector clients. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage complex stakeholder environments, and contribute to business growth through client relationship development and presales activities. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Lead full lifecycle delivery of digital/IT transformation projects (€500K–€10M) Manage scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks, and resources Apply methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum, or SAFe Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors Report to executive stakeholders and lead governance bodies Stakeholder & Governance Management Build and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders Navigate complex public sector governance structures Handle escalations, risks, and contract compliance Sales & Account Development Identify and develop new business opportunities Contribute to public tenders, proposals, and negotiations Support account growth and pipeline forecasting Risk, Change & Quality Manage risks, change requests, and quality standards Ensure compliance with public procurement regulations Leadership & Knowledge Sharing Coach and develop team members Contribute to internal best practices and thought leadership
