As Site Manager, you will be the operational lead on the construction site. You’ll ensure that all work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in line with European quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and site team. This role suits professionals with solid technical experience who want to grow further in a structured, safety‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Site Management
* Lead and coordinate on‑site activities
* Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and workers
* Conduct site inspections and ensure technical compliance
* Manage daily problem‑solving and decision‑making
* Organize and attend site meetings, prepare reports
Planning & Work Preparation
* Create and track weekly and short‑term planning
* Translate the master schedule into daily priorities
* Ensure preparation of each construction phase
Safety, Health, Quality & Environment (SHEQ)
* Act as the on‑site safety responsible
* Ensure subcontractors follow safety procedures
* Conduct safety briefings and start‑up meetings
* Report incidents or risks according to internal procedures
Technical Follow‑Up
* Read and interpret drawings and specifications
* Monitor technical execution and quality
* Validate progress and executed quantities
* Collaborate with BIM coordinator and use digital tools
Administrative Site Management
* Keep daily site records (labour, materials, progress)
* Validate subcontractor claims
* Support budget and cost follow‑up
* Maintain a structured and organized site office
Requirements
Candidate Profile
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
* Experience: 5–7 years as Site Manager
* Skills:
* Strong technical insight
* Excellent drawing interpretation
* AutoCAD knowledge
* Leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Mindset & Values:
