Mission Overview: This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Product Owner. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, working on-site with the clients teams to deliver impactful solutions in the field of international payments and cash management. Responsibilities: Identify business needs and align with Product Managers or Business Initiative Leaders. Analyze business needs and act as the interface between product managers/business initiative leaders and the squad(s). Manage the squad backlog, assign priorities and tasks. Contribute to regulatory, migration, or innovative initiatives, defining planning coherent with the squad backlog. Oversee risk, quality, and issue management. Manage requirements in cooperation with Product Managers and ensure clear communication and understanding of business needs. Act as liaison between all stakeholders and guarantee customer satisfaction. Behavioural Skills: Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication, diplomacy, and customer orientation. Required Experience / Knowledge: At least 5 years of relevant experience. Technical Experience: Mandatory: Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods, good expertise in MS Office, good understanding of IT systems and testing. Preferable: Knowledge of agile methodology. Business Experience: Mandatory: Good understanding of workflow processes. Preferable: Good understanding of international payments processing.
