We are hiring a Planning and Performance Global Specialist. This person will be responsible for ensuring the routine of the area by reporting financial results, team budget, masterdata updates and analyses ensuring data consistency. You will report results to our stakeholders, interacting with various departments such as finance, business, across different countries.
A successful Planning and Performance Global Specialist is someone who has a thirst for knowledge, the ability to learn quickly and interpersonal skills for dealing with cross‑functional teams.
What you'll do:
* Ensure the monthly closure of financial KPIs.
* Extract and analyze data to generate customised reports that meet the needs of different audiences.
* Ensure data quality in internal dashboards by checking metrics and tables.
* Maintain reports aligned with the company’s financial strategy.
* Ensure task delivery within established deadlines in the backlog.
* Identify and map solutions to improve data accuracy.
What you'll need:
* Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Advanced proficiency in the Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel.
* Knowledge of Power BI and Anaplan will be considered an advantage.
* High proficiency in English (Fluent) and Portuguese (Fluent).
Sof Skills:
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work closely with stakeholders from various departments, ensuring all necessary alignments for project delivery.
* Strong documentation and organisational skills.
* Organised profile, capable of working autonomously while being willing to seek help when needed.
* Ownership of the processes end‑to‑end.
* Accountability of the reports delivered.
