The group consists of a group of legal entities overseen by a holding company. Two entities are located abroad.
Accounting is handled by an accounting firm. Accounting-related activities are carried out under the supervision of a Finance Manager. As part of the integration within the group financial processes, we have decided to strengthen the finance team for a min period six months.
Responsibilities
o Document entry (purchase, sales and bank, OD, remuneration)
o Bank reconciliation
o Timesheet-invoice reconciliation
o Monitoring of unpaid payments and reminders
o Administrative work related to accounting, invoice/Mastercard research, etc.
o Ability to access each P&L/Balance Sheet and determine what is missing to prepare monthly closings
o Regular interaction with the trustee
o Preparation of reporting files in collaboration with the trustees within the required timeframes
o Ability to answer auditors' questions in collaboration with all stakeholders
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, min 8 years of experience
* Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
* Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
* knowledge of Odoo is a plus
