This role blends strong project management capability with technical commissioning oversight, making you a critical driver of project readiness and operational excellence. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pbIn this role you will: /b /p ul liBe responsible for the overall management and coordination of offsite andonsite quality and commissioning activities in-line with client specificationsand local regulations. Lead weekly project Quality and Commissioning progress meetings /li liDevelop, implement and maintain an efficient and effective qualitymanagement plan that ensures the quality requirements of the project areplanned, managed and reported. /li liEnsure that clients specifications are formally communicated to all serviceproviders and equipment manufacturers. /li liEnsure that all quality stakeholders are trained and aware of the Qualitydocumentation submittal requirements and processes. /li liEstablish and oversee effective benchmarking first of a kind process. /li liManage and coordinate onsite inspections amongst key stakeholders,resident engineers and local authorities. /li liPerform periodic internal and external auditing of the projects supply chainand delivery partners to ensure compliance. /li liCoordinate the daily inspection and testing activities with all projectstakeholders. /li liImplement and manage an issue/defect management process and a NonConformity Report (NCR) process. /li liDrive the Commissioning tagging completion process. /li liMaintain a strong onsite presence to assess progress, surface issues early,and reinforce safe work practices. Champion a culture of safety and compliance across all Commissioning andQuality activities. /li liGather and implement a robust lessons learned and lessons appliedprogramme. /li /ul pbWe Would Love to Hear From You If You: /b /p ul liHave proven experience managing commissioning or quality activities on a data centre or similarly complex technical construction project. /li liPossess direct experience in QC and / or commissioning MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) equipment. /li liHave experience with construction and commissioning scheduling /li liHave a degree or equivalent experience in project management, engineering, construction, or a related technical discipline. /li liAre currently living or looking to move to Farciennes (you must have the legal right to work already). /li liAre detail‑oriented with a strong passion for quality, compliance, and operational excellence. /li liCommunicate clearly and confidently—both verbally and in writing. /li liThrive on building strong relationships with teams and clients through openness, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose (and fun!). /li /ul pAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required. /p h3About us /h3 pLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
